These terms govern use of the Junk Car Jungle website and requests for vehicle quotes. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and offers

Website and telephone quotes are free and non-binding. An offer may be revised or withdrawn if the vehicle’s condition, location, ownership documentation, missing parts or other material details differ from the information provided.

Vehicle ownership

You must have the legal right to sell the vehicle. Valid photo identification and a title, registration or other acceptable ownership documentation may be required. We will not knowingly purchase stolen vehicles or vehicles subject to a legal restriction that prevents sale.

Pickup and towing

Pickup dates and times are estimates until confirmed. Same-day service is not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate access information and permission to enter the pickup property. Towing is included for accepted vehicles unless another arrangement is clearly disclosed and agreed beforehand.

Payment

Payment method and timing will be confirmed before pickup. Do not release the vehicle, keys or ownership documents until the agreed transaction details are confirmed.

We work to keep website information accurate, but services, availability and offer factors can change. Website content is provided for general information and is not legal advice.

Third-party services and links

We may use service providers to help operate the website, communicate with customers or coordinate towing. We are not responsible for the content or practices of unrelated third-party websites.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Junk Car Jungle is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, service delays or information supplied by a user. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
